Our Consultations

  • Your first visit is a complete, start‑to‑finish assessment and treatment session (if appropiate) designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear path forward. We begin with a detailed medical history to understand your symptoms, lifestyle, and contributing factors. This is followed by a spinal and postural assessment to identify movement patterns, and areas of restriction. When needed, orthopaedic and neurological tests help assess joints, muscles, ligaments, discs, and nerve pathways so we can pinpoint the structures involved and rule out more serious causes.

Once we’ve gathered the full picture, you’ll receive a clear explanation of what’s going on, what’s driving your symptoms, and how we can help. Your chiropractor will outline a tailored care plan, discuss treatment recommendations, and if clinically appropriate provide your first adjustment during this same visit. The focus is on transparency, no rushed decisions, and expert care built around helping you thrive.

    Duration: 50 minutes

Includes: full assessment, diagnosis, and treatment plan

Note: Depending on your condition and severity, X‑ray, CT, or MRI may be requested before beginning treatment if clinically indicated.

  • Follow-up visits: focus on management plan, clear monitoring your progress and continuing your care. Your chiropractor provides targeted adjustments and functional therapy to support ongoing improvement. We track how your body responds, refine what it is needed, and ensure your recovery stays on the right path.

    • Duration 20 min

  • A quick, focused visit for patients who just need assessment and hands‑on care. We identify the area causing trouble and provide precise manual therapy or adjustments to help restore movement and ease symptoms simple, efficient, and effective.

    Duration 10 min

  • A Medicare EPC visit is structured differently because it follows the GP‑issued care plan. These appointments focus on goal‑based management, progress tracking, and communication back to your GP. Treatment is still provided, but the session must include measurable outcomes, updates to your care plan, and documentation required under Medicare rules.

    Medicare EPC patients differ because:

    • The GP sets the referral and clinical goals

    • Progress must be formally recorded and reported

    • Treatment is delivered within the framework of a chronic condition plan

    • The rebate applies only to the consultation, not the full fee

    • Visits are designed to support long‑term management rather than quick symptom relief

Note: New Patients with EPC plan visit will need to pay gap.

  • Chiropractic care under Workers Compensation supports patients recovering from work‑related injuries by helping reduce pain, restore movement, and rebuild confidence in daily tasks. These appointments focus on assessing the injury, providing targeted manual therapy, and guiding safe, progressive rehabilitation based on your job demands.

Care is structured around your approved claim and includes communication with your GP, insurer, and workplace when required. Treatment is goal‑driven, evidence‑informed, and designed to help you return to work safely and sustainably.

    Common work‑related injuries we support:

    • Back and neck strains

    • Disc irritation and sciatica

    • Shoulder, knee, and ankle injuries

    • Repetitive strain and overuse injuries

    • Post‑fracture or post‑surgical rehabilitation

What makes Workers Compensation care different:

    • Treatment must align with your approved claim and injury management plan

    • Progress is documented and reported to your insurer and GP

    • Goals are work‑focused (lifting tolerance, sitting/standing capacity, mobility, strength)

    • Rehabilitation is tailored to your specific job tasks and return‑to‑work plan

    • Sessions may include functional testing and capacity updates

This ensures your recovery is supported by a coordinated team and that every step is aligned with your return‑to‑work goals.

The Spirit Health Model

  • Adjusting in a steady rhythm matters because it gives your spine regular input to maintain healthy joint motion. Your spine is full of mechanoreceptors — tiny motion‑detecting nerve units. When we adjust within a certain timeframe, we’re essentially training your spine to move in directions that were previously limited. Consistency helps your body learn and maintain better movement patterns.

  • Movement is how you start, maintain, and strengthen the mobility you gain from your adjustments. Any movement is better than staying still. Stretches and exercises help sustain the improvements created during your treatment and keep the area functioning well between visits.

  • Creating new habits can be challenging, but it’s essential for long‑term results. Some factors in your life are modifiable — things you can influence. Others are non‑modifiable — things you can’t change. Understanding both helps you focus on what you can do to support your care and make steady progress.

  • Adjustments and movement together are a powerful combination. Passive care (what we do in the clinic) gives you a kickstart, creating more room for your body to move and function. Active care (what you do at home) builds discipline, keeps you moving, and helps break the cycle of limitations. Both work hand‑in‑hand to improve your overall functional capacity.

  • Adjustments don’t just help you move — they can also improve sleep, mood, and energy levels. Your tolerance is essentially how much your body can handle before symptoms appear. You’ll have good days and bad days, but over time you’ll notice increasing resilience and gradual improvements.

  • Your capacity grows when you combine lifestyle changes with physical activity. Prioritising your health gives you the mental and physical space to handle daily tasks more effectively. Balance is important but ignoring your health limits what you’re capable of doing.

Your health is the crown jewel of this entire model. As you build better habits, mindset, discipline, and endurance, your health will change significantly over time. It takes patience humans need about six weeks to build or break a habit but a comprehensive care model cannot be rushed. With consistency, your body adapts, strengthens, and thrives.
